You purchase the lot and carry the construction loan; we manage the budget, invoices, and draws with a fixed builder fee. Offers substantial savings in the Build Cost.
Builder‑Financed
We finance and sell at an agreed upon price. Useful for some circumstances as a typical Purchase Agreement structure for financing flexibility.
